COACHING
Designed and delivered by the Chelsea FC Foundation, one of the world’s leading football and education programmes. Chelsea FC coaches offer in-depth insight into how to improve individual performance, grouping players by age and ability within a challenging football programme.
On-pitch: Coaching is modelled on key elements of the Chelsea First Team's playing style - a combination of detailed technical drills and the tactical awareness needed in senior football. Experienced coaches encourage players to develop the physical attributes and mental resilience needed to succeed at senior level.
Off-pitch: Players follow an English FA coaching course, helping them to understand how to combine learning on the pitch with a tactical appreciation of the game. Recovery and strength & conditioning sessions, including yoga, help manage the workload of training twice a day.
Chelsea fc training centre
A full training day each week at Chelsea FC’s famous Training Centre in Cobham provides an inspirational setting for every player to accelerate progress and take their training to the next level. During the day Chelsea’s expert coaches, together with occasional special guests from the playing and back-room staff, offer players valuable insight into Chelsea FC and the professional game.
Results
Players leave with a 360˚ view of the game and a better understanding of the tactical elements of football. Through a combination of coaching, skills challenges and small-sided games, players understand where they need to continue to improve as an individual technically, tactically and physically to succeed at a high level. The camp experience builds greater self-confidence, maturity and new friendships with players from around the world.

Every player attends once
The trip to Chelsea FC’s iconic stadium in London includes a behind-the-scenes tour as well as a visit to the museum and megastore. The day finishes with an opportunity to see some more of London.
Chelsea Training Ground
Every week
Players spend the day training on the pitches at Chelsea FC’s Training Centre at Cobham and competing against other foundation teams. The trip is enhanced with workshops and sessions from special guests.
London Experience
Just for 13-night campers
Players embark on a walking tour of the city seeing famous sights like Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. After a scenic bus tour along the Thames is an opportunity to do some shopping in the capital.
Theme Park
Just for 13-night campers
There's something to suit everyone at one of England's top theme parks. Adrenaline junkies can ride rollercoasters that go from 0-80mph in under two seconds while those who prefer to keep their feet near the ground can enjoy smaller rides and traditional fairground activities.
