We offer an Airport Transfer Service to bring children to and from camp. Find out everything about the transfer service that we offer and how to book.
Airport Transfer Options:
Every week during camp, our dedicated airport team supports players arriving at and departing from London’s main airports. We have two Airport Transfer options available to book:
Airport Transfer
For children arriving and/or departing on a flight
Airports
London Heathrow (LHR)
London Gatwick (LGW)
Arrivals
Flights arriving between 08:00 – 16:00 on Mondays
Departures
Flights departing between 11:00 – 18:00 on Sundays
Prices
£135 each way
£165 each way with the Unaccompanied Minor Transfer Service
Parent Drop Off/Collection
For children being dropped off or collected at the airport by a parent or guardian

10:00, 12:00 or 14:00 on Mondays
Collection

We provide airport transfer services from London Heathrow (LHR) and London Gatwick (LGW) airports only.

Arrivals: Flights should land between 08:00-16:00 on Monday.
Departures: Flights should depart between 11:00-18:00 on Sundays.
If for any reason you can’t find suitable flights within these timing windows, an out-of-hours transfers may be available but will come at an extra cost. Please contact transfers@eurosportscamps.com.

Yes! We offer a Parent Drop Off/Collection service at Heathrow or Gatwick:
Drop Off: Mondays at 12:00
Collection: Sundays at 12:00
Meeting points and times will be confirmed after booking.

If your child’s camp is less than 2 weeks away, you will need to contact our office to arrange an airport transfer, you can do so by emailing transfers@eurosportscamps.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee we will be able to accept transfers less than 4 weeks in advance.
