Complete Welfare Information
Please complete this form as soon as possible–and no later than 8 weeks before your camp starts. If your child has a medical condition or you’re booking less than 8 weeks in advance, submit it immediately.
This form is required to ensure we can support your child at camp. Without it, they won’t be able to attend.
Pay Camp Balance
If you paid a deposit when you booked your camp, your outstanding balance is due by 1st May. You can pay your balance here.

Book Airport Transfers
We have an airport transfer service to pick up children from London Gatwick and Heathrow Airports. Book your transfer here.

Visa Support
