We are committed to providing the highest quality sports and English language summer camps in the UK for children aged 10 to 17. We have a mixture of residential and day positions available in July and August, during our summer camps season.
Working on our summer camps offers a range of valuable benefits. Welfare Staff Positions

With overall responsibility for the camp and as the lead member of the Senior Management Team on site, you will liaise with all departments on camp to ensure the smooth running of all the programmes at the venue. Candidates are chosen for their experience and expertise in managing staff and supervising young people. You will work closely with our head office team to maintain high standards and be an energising and motivating force for both players and staff. This role is suited to experienced leaders, teachers, particularly heads of department, and those who work in similar fields.

The Senior Camp Manager will be part of the Senior Management Team, and under the leadership of the Camp Director, they will help ensure the smooth running of the venue. The Senior Camp Manager will work closely with head office and the Senior Management Team on site to help create a safe, fun and inclusive environment. They will also provide cover for the Camp Director and Camp Managers on their days off.

The Camp Manager has overall responsibility for players and staff in their care, typically being the lead member of staff in a boarding house. You will report to the Camp Director and as part of the Senior Management Team on site you will help maintain the smooth operation of the camp. You will lead your staff team to ensure the happiness, safety and experience of the children at all times. This is an ideal role for teachers and those who have worked with children in a residential environment and looking to further develop their experience in a senior management position within sport and education.

Reporting to the Camp Manager, your role will be to support and inspire our young players in all aspects of camp life outside the classroom and off the sports field. You will be setting the tone and atmosphere of the camp and guide the players through their experience with us - ensuring they are safe, happy and learning. This position is suited to energetic people who enjoy working with children, enjoy sports and are currently working in, or looking to start a career in teaching, sports or related industries.

The Camp Operations Manager will be the engine-room of the whole programme, being responsible for the administration and project management of all the camps at the venue. You will ensure all documentation is compiled, collated and shared with relevant parties, enabling the team to deliver an unforgettable experience for our players. This role is suited for those who have experience in a relevant field, who want to build on their experience within sports and events management by coordinating the delivery of our summer programmes.

The Camp Liaison Officer will be responsible for the communications and office management on site at the programme venue. Working with the Camp Operations Manager and reporting to the Camp Director, they ensure that all communication via phone and email is dealt with accordingly along with taking the lead on a number of administrative tasks and ensuring that the office is well organised.

The Nurse will be a part of the wider welfare team on site and oversee the welfare of the players with regards to injury and illness. They will be responsible for the storage, administration and record keeping of players’ medication. You will also provide support and guidance to all staff when dealing with injuries and illnesses.
Our coaching teams are energetic, skilled sports professionals who are passionate about child development and creating a safe, motivating, and inclusive environment. Working closely with the Head Coach, they deliver high-quality sessions based on our Nike Sports Camps curriculum and communicate effectively with children of varying English levels, helping them develop both their sport and language skills. Every summer, we welcome thousands of young players from all over the world onto our Nike Sports Camps. Our dedicated Airport Team plays a crucial role in ensuring children arrive at and depart from our venues safely and seamlessly, providing a fantastic start and finish to their camp experience. We operate out of Heathrow Airport, Gatwick Airport and Kings Cross St Pancreas. Our airport transfers service runs on Mondays (Arrivals Day) and Sundays (Departure Days) for the 8-week summer period, with flexible scheduling options for staff. The Airport Terminal Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the designated Entry/Exit Terminal, ensuring a smooth and safe transition for players between the Airport Terminal and venues. Reporting to the Airport Manager, this role involves managing a team of Airport Assistants, ensuring staff receive adequate breaks and maintain high-quality services throughout their shift. The Airport Coordinator will initially manage any issues or emergencies that may arise, such as delays or cancellations, before escalating to the Airport Manager. Communication with Airport/Terminal staff, Airline Staff, Transport Partners, players, and parents is a key requirement for the role, as is representing Nike Sports Camps and Partner Brands professionally. The Airport Coordinator is vital in creating a positive first impression for players and parents attending the camps.

The key role for an airport assistant is to provide a warm and friendly arrival/departure for players using our airport transfer service whilst ensuring their safety and security. Reporting to the Airport Manager, the role will require you to liaise with our Head Office team, airport and airline staff, transport partners, players and sometimes parents.
