Visa Support

If your child is travelling to our camps from abroad, it is likely they will need an ETA or Visitor’s Visa. Please review the information below to ensure your child is prepared for their trip to the UK. You can check whether your child requires an ETA or Visitor’s Visa on the UK Government Website.

Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA)

You usually need an ETA rather than a Visitor’s Visa if your child is from Europe, the USA, Australia, Canada or certain other countries. Please ensure you have read the UK Government guidance on this process before applying.

Visa Support Letters

We are accredited by the British Accreditation Council for Independent Further and Higher Education, enabling us to provide children attending our camps with a visa support letter to help with their child visitor visa application, which confirms their attendance to our camps.

Nationals and citizens of some countries require a visa for entry to the UK. To check whether your child requires a visa, please visit the UK Government Visa and Immigration website.

How do I get a Visa Support Letter?

  1. Book a camp and make a payment (we only provide visa support letters to children whose camp booking is confirmed).

  2. Check if your child requires a visa to visit the UK Government Visa and Immigration website.

  3. Request a Visa Support Letter only if your child requires a child visitor’s visa.

Please note: We are only able to offer visa support letters to children attending our camps. We do not offer visa support letters to parents or adults visiting the UK.

It is your responsibility to ensure you apply for a visa in plenty of time for your child’s journey to the UK.
