Coaches
Our coaching teams are made up of experienced professionals who operate at the highest levels of their sports. From high performance coaches, former Olympic athletes, and leading youth-development specialists, every coach brings deep expertise, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to helping young athletes grow. Their knowledge, energy, and care ensure every player receives world-class training in an inspiring environment.
Welfare Team
Player welfare is our highest priority. That’s why we hand-select an outstanding welfare team to create the safe, inclusive, and fun environment that makes the camp experience truly special. Each venue is led by an experienced Camp Director who oversees the smooth, safe running of daily life on camp. Supporting them is a team of Senior Camp Managers, Camp Managers, and Camp Leaders - professionals focused on helping players feel at home, build confidence, and make the most of every moment.
English Teachers
For those players opting to take English classes alongside their sport, they’ll be taught by experienced English teachers. All our teachers hold post-graduate teaching qualifications, with many working as full-time education professionals. Each venue’s academic team is led by a Director of Studies - a senior educator responsible for guiding the curriculum and ensuring consistently high standards. Our English programme is fun, interactive, and designed to bring language learning to life by using sport as a tool to engage students.
