Airport TransferS
We offer airport transfers for players arriving and/or departing from London Heathrow (LHR) or London Gatwick (LGW).
How it works
We have an airport team at each airport on arrival and departure dates. For arrivals, our staff will be holding a Nike Sports Camps sign and a bright T-Shirt in the arrivals hall, so they will be easily identifiable. For departures, our staff will help each camper check in and direct them to security. More information will be provided in the Transfer Guide after booking your transfer service.
If you select Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Service with the airline, please select the option “With Unaccompanied Minor Service” so that we can liaise with the airline accordingly.
Services
Standard (from £135)
For children aged 14+ not travelling with the unaccompanied minor service.
With Unaccompanied Minor Service (from £165)
For children under 14 years old or inexperienced travellers travelling alone.
Please note: This is a mandatory requirement for most airlines, so if you’ve booked the Unaccompanied Minor Service with your child’s flight, please select this service when booking your transfer. Notify us of any further information provided by the airline.

Arrival Transfers

Flights landing 08:00-16:00 on Monday
Departure Transfers
When:
Flights departing 11:00-18:00 on Sunday
In the unlikely event that you are unable to arrange flights during these hours, we may be able to arrange an out-of-hours transfer for an additional charge. Please email: transfers@eurosportscamps.com for further information.
Please note: We are unable to offer out-of-hours transfers that arrive after 23:00 or need to leave camp before 07:00.

Please purchase your camp and flights before your airport transfers, as you will need your order number and flight details to complete your airport transfer booking. If you have booked an unaccompanied minor service with your airline, please ensure you select the option with an unaccompanied minor service below.

Our Airport Transfer Service gives both players and their families back home complete peace of mind, especially during periods of flight disruption or uncertainty. This service is more than the cost of a vehicle - providing dedicated care, supervision, and support for your child throughout their journey.
This service is only available to the attendees of Nike Sports Camps UK. Parents are not able to use our Airport Transfer Service.

From the moment your child lands in the UK, our experienced team will be there to meet them, supervise them, and ensure they arrive safely at camp. For departures, we accompany players back to the airport, assist with check-in, and remain on hand until they are safely through the process.
Booking this service means your child is never left to manage unexpected travel issues alone - they remain in the care of our trusted staff, providing reassurance and confidence for both the travelling player and their family at home throughout the journey.

If flights are delayed, cancelled, or rescheduled, we will continue to look after your child every step of the way. Where necessary, this includes accompanying them at the airport, arranging updated travel plans, and even taking them back to our camp venue for overnight supervision until new flight arrangements are confirmed.
