Our football coaching partner, Chelsea Foundation, has developed some fantastic resources for schools in the UK to support mental health in young people and we are really pleased that they will be delivering workshops on this theme to players attending our Nike Football Camps with Chelsea FC Foundation this summer.

Over 450 players of 60 nationalities joined us for some expert football training and life skills coaching from a fantastic team of Chelsea FC Foundation coaches and to enjoy some exclusive access to the club’s facilities with a number of exciting excursions! We look back and hear from the head coach and others about what makes these camps so special.
Some of the highlights of the summer include a surprise run-in with a Chelsea FC football legend, being inspired by the success of the Women’s World Cup, the weekly player awards ceremony at Stamford Bridge (which included a top secret prize!) as well as some impressive matches against some local Chelsea Foundation teams. We’re already looking forward to next year!

The new residential Nike Football Camps with Chelsea FC Foundation will start in summer 2019 and are available to 10-17 year olds. We have programmes for boys, girls and goalkeepers. As always, there are also optional English lessons for international players.
We were excited to be joined at the launch day by Chelsea players Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Fran Kirby, who took time out of their busy training schedules to train with some young players.
