On Talent ID Day, participants take part in dynamic coaching sessions led by Chelsea FC coaches, designed to assess players across every aspect of the game. A key highlight of the day is the structured skills test, where players will benchmark their performance against players currently in the Chelsea FC Academy using a variety of tests to review technique, athleticism, and tactical skill. To complement the on-pitch challenge, a member of the talent ID team will lead a workshop to share expert advice on how young talent can stand out to professional scouts. Players will then take part in a second training session, applying their skills in match-play scenarios and putting their technique, decision-making and course management to the test in a competitive setting.

There, they’ll have the chance to train again with Chelsea FC coaches and showcase their talent directly to the club’s Talent ID team.
